Meridian Middle School Counseling

 

If you receive food stamps you may be free.  If you have a letter notifying you of this status please call the school nutrition office at

855-4575.  If you have a Direct Certification Letter from Health and Welfare, please turn a copy of it into your school’s kitchen or to the District Service Center, Food Nutrtion Services.  Students eligible for free and reduced meals have equal access to all meal selections.

Application Process

Applying for and receiving free and reduced meals is simple and confidential. Applications may be submitted on-line or you may pick up the forms at the District Office, Food Nutriton Services office, MMS school office or cafeteria.   Applications are available in English and Spanish. Please click the button below for the application.
